Food is the first line of medicine. In Chinese Medicine most foods are associated with one of the Five Elements ( Wood, Fire, Earth, Water and Metal), and as such, have energetic properties which help alleviate certain conditions. These may vary according to the weather. I often suggest foods which will help to bring the body back into balance.
For example, here is a list of generally healthy foods. You will notice that junk food / fast food is not on the list.
